CPU light on after cleaning, checked for bent pins

I cleaned pc and pressed on cpu fan a little too hard by accident all fans start and case turns on but cpu light on mobo is on and pc won’t boot.
I checked for bent pins and I didn’t see any (Bad photo I’m sorry: here
I reseated ram, but the light is still on and I have no idea what to do

Putting too much pressure on a tower CPU cooler can flex the board enough to break solder connections under the socket, leaving the pins untouched.
There's not going to be really anything you can do without access to either another compatible APU (or CPU if you have a dedicated GPU as well) or motherboard that you can test with. If you test the CPU in another board and it still doesn't work, then it's the CPU. Or if you check another CPU in your board, and it still doesn't work, you know it's the board. So as long as you have one of those pieces of hardware to test with, you can figure out which component is the problem. But I suspect the motherboard is damaged.

so -- follow up to this.
the issue was the ram and i dont know what is wrong still, but it boots. however what happens is it boots, turns off for abt 10 seconds, then turns on normally. but whenever i play around with the ram is what makes it work
