This here story that unfold took place back in the early '90s - just about the time of our conflict with Saddam and the Iraqis. I only mention it because sometimes there's a $2 bill…I won't say a common currency, 'cause, what's a common currency? But sometimes there’s a $2 bill. And I'm talkin' about Donnie’s $2 bill here.
