It’s a stretch. The railroads were built in the 1860s. The internment camps were 1942-1945. If you were 10 in 1869, when you worked on the railroad, you would be 83 when put in the first camp. It’s possible but unlikely.
It’s almost certain someone in the camp had an ancestor who worked on the railroads.
Chinese Camp was not an internment camp, it was a gold rush-era mining camp where Chinese immigrants settled after they were kicked-out of other mining camps in the area, so active roughly in the 1850s - 1870s:

Walter, this isn't a guy who built the railroads here!

Actually, in this case it's possible some of the people who lived there did work on the railroads. No, I am not a fucking historical ranger now.

And it’s almost certain that someone in the camp, or their ancestor(s) wore black pajamas.

Who was in the pajamas, Walter?

Asian American Ancestors, please.

I didn’t complain about the loss of my legs. Some Chinaman took them from me in Korea!

If someone came to mine gold and ended-up living there for a while, it's possible they gave up mining at some point and got hired by the railroad.
