TG/TGT episodes which feature the presenter’s own cars

This came up as I was watching their old Renault Avantime tuning challenge. Richard arrives in his own Porsche 911, James in his own Porsche Boxster.
The most iconic instance may be Jeremy and James’ classic luxury challenge (Mercedes 600 Grosser v. Rolls-Royce Corniche). In TGT, they did another head-to-head with JC’s Golf and JM’s BMW i3.
James’ Ferrari 430 made a couple of appearances back in the day, as did Jeremy’s Ford GT.
What else?

Hammond brought his 991 GT3 for the News segment (season 21)
Aksh42@reddit
Hammond’s mustang GT 390 in the S197 GT500 review
viperabyss@reddit
May’s Ferrari 430 in the 458 review as well.
Both Clarkson’s Mercedes 600 Grosser and May’s Rolls Royce Corniche.

Both are listed in the original post

Season 7 Episode 3 where they take the Ford GT, Zonda and F430 across France, it was Clarkson's own Ford GT.
DominikWilde1@reddit
Not the TV show, but for the 2009 Top Gear Live shows in Birmingham, they arrive on stage in their own cars: Clarkson in his CLK Black, Hammond in his 997 911 Carrera, and May in his Fiat Panda

when Richard did the land rover up the dam we see his classic land rover in bits in his garage
Johndboy1988@reddit
Jeremy Ford GT not starting 😂

Reminds me of Richard’s silver Morgan being brought into the studio as a comparison for an “irrational dream car”
manuel_f_p@reddit
Funny how Jeremy tried to bury the fact he owned what was possibly the world's worst Ford GT, only for Richard or James to suddenly bring it back up into conversation
Johndboy1988@reddit
And Jeremy hating fords until he wanted a GT
tiagojpg@reddit
May’s Fiat Panda in a picture on the segment where Clarkson says they park in the underground car park. It’s a bit of a walk but it’s so as to not crowd the loading bay. Then they proceed to haze James.

News segment that started with the Rolls-Royce Phantom of “Lord Sir Sugar”
RustCeilingFan@reddit
Didn't Richard get his classic mustang dyno tested in a TG episode.
If I remember right, the result wasn't great.

Here it is

I mean, JC’s Range Rover (His Green L322) made a cameo appearance with the metre of bird faeces down the back end in a news section
Comfortable-Writer-9@reddit
"I'm 2 meters tall and I can't do a meter of faeces!"

Didn't Hammond own pale green 68'/69' Charger? I recall him doing a short segment with him driving and talking about the Charger
X10SIVMKII@reddit (OP)
I think he put blinged-out wheels on it, too! Good catch
GenericUsername817@reddit
And it wouldn't fit in his garage
One_Salt8740@reddit
Jeremy eating chocolate and crisps in James’s F430. LOL!
_TheShapeOfColor_@reddit
It was the Perfect Roadtrip special with Jeremy and Richard and and Richard drove his own 1961 Jaguar E-type. Beautiful car.
codec3@reddit
May showed up in his Rolls in the 1st episode he appeared in.
H_K-R@reddit
Bentley T2

Thanks!

I seem to remember a challenge on TG where Richard and Jeremy bought luxury sport sedans for the price of the cheapest new car on sale in Britain at the time. Richard bought a BMW 850i and Jeremy bought a Mercedes S class sedan. Richard’s justification for why the bimmer was better- “pop up head lamps”.
H_K-R@reddit
Jezza had a CL600 which was the coupe S-Class
X10SIVMKII@reddit (OP)
Yes, those were purchased with their own money. Technically true, though my mind was thinking along the lines of “what are times when they brought something from their garages out for the show?”
lallsballs@reddit
If I am also remembering correctly, in one of his very first appearances, doesn’t James have on the Bentley that he had just bought?
X10SIVMKII@reddit (OP)
How could I forget? His first appearance hinged on his Bentley T2, that’s right!
lallsballs@reddit
“His name is James May, and on the evidence of what we are about to see… he is a blithering idiot.” 😆
fudgeller83@reddit
Oliver featured in the lorry hill start challenge
djseifer@reddit
And Richard refusing to do the challenge because he didn't want to risk damaging Oliver.
Finetales@reddit
James' Fiat Panda has been on a few times, like when he tests the Zonda F Roadster (S12E04).
Technically the Dodge Challenger in the US Bonneville road trip counts, if what Richard says in the beginning (that he went out and bought one himself because Dodge wouldn't lend them one) is true.
snowmunkey@reddit
I doubt Richard himself bought it, more likely the production team made a deal with a local Dealership to "buy" it, and then sell it back after they were done
Maizrim@reddit
Technically Richard (claimed) to have had to buy his Dodge Challenger in the Salt Flats/US Muscle car episode.
snowmunkey@reddit
I think what they meant by that is "Production" bought it to use for the episode, rather than Richard buying it as a personal vehicle
AZDawgDays@reddit
Hammond drove his Jaguar E-Type (well, one of them at least) on The Perfect Road Trip. And, of course, it broke down.
MBNC1@reddit
Well they had to use their “own money” to buy the cars for the British Leyland challenge so that should count!
A4W3@reddit
Season 15 when the have the BBQ for the new Reasonably Priced Car. Jeremy peels off in his own Mercedes CLK Black, leaving Richard waiting for Angelina Jolie to arrive.
heck_you_@reddit
Jeremy’s SL55 AMG made some appearances very early on, the boys even gave it to The Stig in horrific conditions if I remember correctly
davenjeip@reddit
Surprised nobody has mentioned James’ Bentley from his first episode of Top Gear.
