My grandmother used to make something similar and it’s a comfort food for me. I add cubes of sharp cheddar cheese though.

Right? Especially if done Ruby Tuesday style(GardenBar), just swapping the ham for Spam(improvement). I see a LOT of posts here disrespecting Delicious looking food. We didn't all grow up in gated fucking communities.

It is spam actually! I thought it tasted delicious but I didn't think it looked delicious (hence the post) I grew up pretty broke too, I feel that. While this was thrown together as a struggle meal I would legitimately have it again. Also love tuna in mac with some broccoli😋 I haven't really noticed disrespect tbh. Mostly "why is this here" or "this definitely belongs here"
