Gotta be malted milk for me. Perfect for a quick dunk.

Gotta be malted milk for me. Perfect for a quick dunk.
RedMariner@reddit
‘Nice’ biscuits. Favourite from my childhood. Can still get them as part of a Aldi multipack.
nevereverbelieve@reddit
Fruit shortcake and Gold biscuits 2 of my favourites
namur17056@reddit
Are you me?
nevereverbelieve@reddit
Lol
namur17056@reddit
Do you suck tea/coffee through the gold biscuit?
nevereverbelieve@reddit
No never tried that. I love the caramel flavour though. I am an addicted tea dipper any biscuit ( not chocolate coated) can and will be dunked. Couldn't guess the amount of times half drops into the mug.
namur17056@reddit
If I’m dunking I always keep a spoon handy. Nothing worse than biscuity dregs
Maximum_Scientist_85@reddit
Fruit shortcake is properly underrated as a biscuit.
NobDeRiro@reddit
Lincoln biscuits. Diabolical how many people either haven’t heard of them or haven’t had one
They were my fave as a kid but it seemed the supermarkets stopped selling them, treat myself every now and then and get them off Amazon
RookyRed@reddit
I don't think I knew what they were called, but I remember them! Morning Coffee biscuits as well for something lighter.
NobDeRiro@reddit
Yes morning coffee biscuits!
Maximum_Scientist_85@reddit
Wait ... you can get them off Amazon?
Lincoln biscuits were my absolute favourites. Was gutted when I couldn't find them in supermarkets.
SubjectIcy3607@reddit
Jaffa cake
Jack1ngton@reddit
Anything but Nice biscuits. F tier
Maximum_Scientist_85@reddit
Tell you what, chocolate coated malted milks are properly, properly good. I can't have them in the house, I will 100% certain eat the whole packet in one sitting..
Another underrated biscuit IMO - Rich Tea. They're bloody lovely.
Alert-Performance199@reddit
They're like crack to me the chocolate covered malted milk
paperandcard@reddit
I bloomin’ love a Rich Tea Biscuit!
wishiwasntyet@reddit
They are crack cocaine in biscuit form. I imagine
iwannabeinnyc@reddit
Have you tried chocolate coated rich tea?!
anon1992lol@reddit
I can’t have chocolate malted milks in cos I binge, and then I have no chocolate malted milks!
ljofa@reddit
Then buy more. MOAR!
dadsyrhinowhite@reddit
Best biscuits by far. The Marks and Spencer ones are fantasicly moreish.
Disastrous_Meat5657@reddit
Omg I came to say chocolate malted milks. Rediscovered them in the past year, rivals most of my pricer favourites
hazel-snut@reddit
Came here to say this too. Chocolate malted milks are dangerously good.
nworbleinad@reddit
Totally agree. Biscuit crack.
kylehyde84@reddit
Rich tea are class 😍
CMacons@reddit
This is the way.
Alert-Performance199@reddit
Chocolate covered malted milk 😏
Confudled_Contractor@reddit
Fig Rolls. So filling. A meal in a little biscuity parcel.
Normal-Ad2587@reddit
The Fig Roll.
I actually prefer the cheap Lidl ones as opposed to mcvities.
Capital-Clerk6452@reddit
Fruit shortcake
Berookes@reddit
Chocolate malted milks are god tier and so slept on
KernelPoptartz@reddit
Outside of Scotland pretty much anything made by Tunnocks is vastly underrated
Iwantedalbino@reddit
I don’t know how tea cakes and wafers haven’t taken over the world.
Also the make up of a Scottish pie should have become more prevalent. Why in England do I need a tray to convey my pie? Just give me a wee hand shaped round pie
And sliced sausage is superior to link why has it not caught on further.
sneakyhopskotch@reddit
People out here quoting age-old UK staple favourite biscuits as “underrated.” Rich Tea, plain digestives, chocolate Bourbons - maybe you like them more than the average person (that’s Rich Tea and milk chocolate Hobnobs for me), but they can’t possibly be underrated because they are always popular and have been for donkeys years.
It’s a tough question because you first have to think which biscuits in our biscuit-worshipping society are less than completely positively rated. Ginger biscuits, custard creams, those little pink wafers… they are all appropriately rated IMO. I don’t have an answer to this. I’d guess it has to be a very good but little-known biscuit that “should have” taken off but for whatever reason didn’t.
Iwantedalbino@reddit
Rich Tea hatred has gone too far.
It may still be doing the sales numbers but the slander is disproportional to the quality of biscuit.
DMBear89@reddit
Mint Rocky’s
siybon@reddit
They're individually wrapped and thus don't belong in the biscuit tin.
elom44@reddit
Chobbles. The great forgotten biscuit.
thinkaboutthegame@reddit
Jam and Cream, ideally Fox's. I'm always surprised at how much I enjoy them and they're really cheap compared to chocolate biscuits.
D0wnInAlbion@reddit
This would be my choice too. People always refer to them as Jammy Dodger rip-offs but they're superior in every way.
The McVities Happy Face version are lovely too.
girl_aboutlondontown@reddit
Malted Milks!
sillydog80@reddit
No one talks about the pink wafer anymore.
Rude-Possibility4682@reddit
Ginger nut..I could eat a whole packet if I open one.
Equivalent_Scale_284@reddit
Mcvities fruit shortcake.
ret990@reddit
BOURBON
summers_tilly@reddit
This is the answer. My whole family chooses custard creams over bourbons and it makes me suspicious I’m adopted. Love a bourbon.
ouzo84@reddit
Is it underrated though?
What biscuit is better than a bourbon?
pajamakitten@reddit
Chocolate Hobnob.
Hangry_cat_lady@reddit
Love a good bourbon! Or the chocolate coated ones from M&S if I’m feeling extra bougie and want to treat myself
SaltyName8341@reddit
Isn't that just a penguin
Hangry_cat_lady@reddit
Pretty much but the chocolate’s much thicker on the M&S ones 😄
Stoatwobbler@reddit
This is the correct answer
Personal-Visual-3283@reddit
Yes!! Such an underrated biscuit but so so good!
NoteIcy4315@reddit
Not sure anyone likes a Garibaldi any more, but I do.
Oozlum-Bird@reddit
Squashed fly biscuits are bloody great. They don’t really work for dunking, so I usually just pull one of the layers out of the packet intact, and treat it as one big biscuit. That way I can eat a whole packet, but say I’ve only eaten a few.
yorkshepherd@reddit
I do
Elusive_Zergling@reddit
Almond biscuits from M&S. They are really good.
Blandiblub@reddit
Fig rolls.
Maximum_Scientist_85@reddit
Solid, solid biscuit choice that.
South-Bank-stroll@reddit
Is it a biscuit? It’s kinda something else to me but I don’t know what. I also now really want a fig roll.
markhau5@reddit
Was just about to say this. I can put a packet away with ease.
pajamakitten@reddit
Always had them in my lunchbox at school.
Mookville@reddit
This is the correct answer
Current_Scarcity_379@reddit
In my top 3. Great biscuit .
PoinkPoinkPoink@reddit
Bourbon creme. Supreme.
FordZodiac@reddit
Jammy Dodgers.
G30fff@reddit
Gingernut
Fine-Night-243@reddit
Top tier for me. And dipped in tea they transform into a completely different, superior food
Fine-Night-243@reddit
Rich tea. Ok you need to top it with Nutella or Biscoff paste to make it edible but at that point it's top class.
Cupcakemouse@reddit
The mcvities digestive with a thin layer of caramel between the biscuit and chocolate!
thistooshallpass007@reddit
Bourbons
RookyRed@reddit
Toffeepops. I guess I'll be the only one to name an actual underrated biscuit.
SmolKits@reddit
I second malted milk. It took me a long time to realise I like horlicks
oh_no3000@reddit
The un dunked rich tea. Dry up front and wallpaper paste at the back. The dream biscuit.
Kaizoku230@reddit
For me it’s party rings , most think they are for kids right? but how many kids buy a pack of party rings compared to adults . I rest my case .
SnooMacarons9618@reddit
Custard Creams.
Historical_Project86@reddit
Jaffa Cake, no question.
Scotsdee@reddit
Absolutely no question. I inhale them, can't buy them. They don't make it past one coffee
ambernewt@reddit
They're better when they're a bit stale so they have a bit of crunch
swapacoinforafish@reddit
Digestives. Plain digestives. I think they are so underrated. They're often called plain and boring but they are the perfect mix of salty and sweet, great texture and dunkability.
Wearethedevil@reddit
With a bit of salted butter and Wensleydale and cranberry on 🤤
everythingscatter@reddit
Sharp cheddar and thinly sliced silverskin pickled onions. Oh my!
Any_Listen_7306@reddit
I like them with butter - but they can be savoury or sweet. Proper versatility biscuit wise!
Jealous-Shallot-3071@reddit
Oh look, another Reddit thread where no one really understands the meaning of underrated
GotAnyNirnroot@reddit
Call me crazy, but a chocolate digestive is a delicious biscuit.
ljofa@reddit
Dark chocolate hobnob. Any day of the week.
BlessedByAYoungDeath@reddit (OP)
Just ruins your day
XStaticImmaculate@reddit
I still have a lot of love for Custard Creams. I’m in my 20’s and don’t see a lot of them at friends houses etc. just older relatives
llamallamacow@reddit
Came here to say the same. Custard creams are the God of biscuits! Them and gingernuts
Millennial93@reddit
I may have eaten 600 grams of custard creams in the last 48 hours. 😬
kylehyde84@reddit
I can't buy custard creams otherwise I will smash them in one sitting
Benjam21@reddit
Custard Cream is always my go to, dirt cheap but tasty. Although M&S chocolate coated custard creams are delicious!
Any_Listen_7306@reddit
Pink wafers. Can demolish a whole packet. Dunkable too.
OwlOutside1991@reddit
Custard cream.
British_Patriot_777@reddit
Biscoffs and digestives, absolutely delicious, digestives are amazing with tea.
MoonRoover@reddit
You have no idea how much I miss the fruit clubs
KittyMcBean@reddit
The rich tea. It’s a marvel when dunked.

Jam Mallows! Obviously don't dunk them but they're getting harder to buy these days.
DryJackfruit6610@reddit
I banned myself from timtams since they arrived in the UK.
Cause i have no self control and would eat all 9 in one sitting by accident
BlessedByAYoungDeath@reddit (OP)
Have you done a timtam slam?
DryJackfruit6610@reddit
Dont remind me. This was the contributing factor to my weight gain 😅
littlemissdizaster80@reddit
Hob nobs 😋
west_manchester@reddit
Nice
HelloReddit54321@reddit
Rich tea
Suspicious_Field_429@reddit
Fruit Club 🤤
JimmyBallocks@reddit
Soggy.
LiorahLights@reddit
Rich tea. It's good for a dunk.
Life-Broker@reddit
Danish butter cookies with coconut rings coming in a close second.
Thaiaaron@reddit
Maryland cookies. Crunchy if undunked, and if dunked you have 0.75s to get it into your mouth before catastrophic failures of structural integrity. Size is perfect too so one is enough to satiate you, but also small enough you can justify having another one. They're half the size of a normal biscuit, so clearly two is just one.
Double-Butterfly-160@reddit
Jaffa Cakes
Voodoopulse@reddit
Plain shortbread
