Kind of. Auto Union was founded in 1936 when the banks took over Audi, Horch, DKW and Wanderer and merged them together. This is where the 4 rings logo comes from, one ring for each of the companies.

The merger of Audi and Horch is kind of funny. Horch was founded by August Horch, but he left the company after a a dispute and setup Audi which is the latinization of Horch.

Auto Union became Audi when they were bought by Volkswagen in the 60's.

UHH- HELLOLA!!!! Google "2019 camaro front view", and look for the light body colors with black bumper/grille centers: - MFKR's Have ALWAYS made me think WARIO. Even though the mustache shape is more like Waluigi's... or a local chess guru named Bill, where I grew up...
