live in a joint tenancy with 5 others, 2 girls and 3 guys in leicster UK. on of the guys was in contro lof the depost ie, we paid him the deposit and he paid it to the DPS. ive now left the houseshare and they have stayed as it was a shitehole and asked for my deposit back. a new guy is moving in who would replace me so the plan was to make him pay me his share of the deposit so it all works now. the guy who controls the deposit is now just not responding to me and i dont have the number of the guy who should be paying me. what can i do?
