From NC to SC CDL

How would I get one for SC. I have NC CDL class B with tanker and moving to SC. I know I got to get hazmat. What else do I have to do?

Go to DMV and transfer your license. Everything you need to know is on their website.

Ok. Does all endorsements other than hazmat transfer?

Yes all endorsements transfer except hazmat; you'll need to take the test for that. You'll need proof of address, social, birth certificate (I think) to transfer your license.
