Trouble with installing additional M2 SATA SSD into Z490 Vision G

I recently got some upgrades from a friend in which I replaced my mobo and CPU along with his M2 SATA SSD. I had an existing SSD and HDD in SATA ports and tried installing my M2 SATA SSD (Samsung MZ- NTE512D) into the M2A_SB port since the M2P_SB says it only supports PCIe SSDs. However, when I go to boot , it doesn't recognize the other two original drives, only the M2 SSD so I don't boot into Windows since the other drive has my Windows. I notice the manual says SATA 3 1 is not available since M2A_SB shares bandwidth with the SATA3 1 connector. I'm having trouble understanding what the differences are for recognizing what is SATA 3 0 through SATA 3 5. Thanks in advance.

The 012345 numbers are printed on the mainboard near the SATA connectors. Anyway, just move the boot drive to another SATA connector.
