Spray paint was bothering me, so

I tore it back down and repainted it with base/clear and an hvlp sprayer. Took some reassembly pics. The camera isn't kind to the new paint but it's worlds better in person

It would require quite a few modifications, but where there's a welder, there's a way. One of the guys in the group longitudinally mounted a V8 in one, I believe it was running/driving a few months ago

Yep! I wanted one of the Cobalt kits, so I figured I'd better hurry and get one before they switch to the GTI based kit

Thanks! Its a green over purple colorshift with a high gloss clear coat from Luna paints. The K04 from the red car is just laying around right now, there's a non-zero chance it's finds a new home here 😅
