Reese v ATF Proposed Orders

The parties have been working it out for the past month and have not reached an agreement on who is covered by the injunction. The court will now decide on an order to enter based off the judgments and will likely ask for briefs.
I think it's possible FPC either wins the whole thing or gets it in part.
This is a case in regards to the federal ban on under 21 purchasing handguns at ffls. FPC is asking for all members of fpc and saf to be covered by the injunction nationwide (they are a class and this is what was said is ok in trump v casa)
The government is asking for a much narrower class. I don't think the court will make it this narrow, as that's not even a class and even if, they are no longer class members as reese is now over 21.

Can you even be a FPC/SAF member before you turn 18? Could you even be a member before you turn 16? Because if it was enforced that the injunction is applied only to those who were members in November 2020, then if all of the members were 18 or older in 2020 it's moot for everyone. If all of the members were 16 or older in 2020 then it probably applies to a very small number of members that are already 20 and about to turn 21.
The Trump Admin is screwing us here. Probably because they need to avoid losing any ground on the injunction issue but it is screwing us.

I think you can be 1 and be a FPC member.
I don't think the Trump admin has full control over the doj still, we have seen them walk back briefs before and maybe this will be it. I don't know.
I think they did file a brief AGAINST Floridas ban at scotus but can't double check that which be a reverse from this position
