New PC died overnight?

So a couple days ago I've built my new PC. Everything went smooth and been playing games on it every day. Yesterday after I was done gaming, I shut it down as I normally do. Today when I got up and pressed the power button on the case, nothing happens at all. No fans spinning, no lights on the mb, no noise, just nothing.
I tried unplugging all cables and putting them back in, no luck. The power socket is not the issue either. Also tried to jumpstart the power button on the Mobo with a screwdriver, didn't seen to work. My guess is that it could be the PSU so I did a paperclip test and the fans wouldn't spin. However some people also said that some PSU's need to reach a certain load for the fans to start spinning. So I'm not 100% sure if the PSU is dead or not. I can hear a noise when I turn on the PSU though.
All parts were brand new too, the PSU is a 750W GIGABYTE UD750GM ATX 3.0. This is really odd and I dont know what else could be the problem? Any ideas?

Did you try to remove the CMOS battery?
That will revert the BIOs settings back to default and can fix a few issues.

If the fan isn’t spinning when you do the paper clip test it’s pretty safe to say it’s not working, if you bought it relatively recently I would just return it and grab a different one.
If you have a multimeter you can check the voltages of the 24 pin connector if you’re comfortable with that.
Also what was the noise you were hearing?

some manufacturers do say that the fan will spin initially, even if they have zero rpm mode.

Indeed does claim to stop fan when load under threshold.
After turning on with a clip, have you tried checking the voltages with a multimeter?
Your issue's description points to the PSU first, thus ideally you'll want to try another PSU on this PC, or this PSU in another PC.
