Richardson ISD or Rockwall ISD?

I currently live in Fate (zoned for Royse City ISD) and looking at moving in the next year. I know Rockwall ISD is pretty good however, I have not heard good things at all about their accommodations for kids with IEP/ 504. My youngest is neurodivergent and we need a good public school with fair class sizes (I know they’re all pretty big) and staff that follows their accommodations. We’re considering Richardson ISD as well. Husband works in north Dallas so it would be closer for him and I’m hybrid so either location is fine for me.

I’m a realtor and I use niche.com to look up school districts for all my clients. They’re really up to date and pretty thorough on their rankings. They also include magnet schools as well.
Richardson ISD is pretty good, I will say.

Considered Wylie?

We’re open to Wylie if it checks off these boxes. Any particular neighborhood or area you’d recommend in Wylie?

Look at Inspiration, nice Masterplan community.

Awesome, thank you!

I’ve heard Richardson and Wylie have the better school districts on that side of town. Also Lake Highlands area of Dallas
