Call the non-emergency line for the police, this falls under my state's video voyeurism law which can range from a misdemeanor to a felony. With this type of evidence that makes them a party to this crime and it would be easy to sue or subpoena them. The WHOIS says they're in Mass so they have an even stronger Peeping Tom statute than Florida.

I'd be keeping the blinds open and doing it daily, but each time in a different costume. Police hat and belt? Check! Construction worker hat and high-vis vest? Check! You might be protected under voyuerism laws depending on the state. Since the person would have had a camera on hand to take said pictures, it could be reported as sexual harassment. In some cases this could even include criminal charges against the photographer as it can be considered “revenge porn”. Check with the local and state authorities to see if it’s worth a criminal investigation. 🫆 good luck to you.
