Damn, those are some nice ass guns. Too bad the military surplus market is essentially executed right now. I wish I was buying milsurp rifles back in the 90s, but I was too busy not being born.

Unfortunately, the surplus market is pretty much dead. I did not renew my C&R for the first time in a decade. An unfortunate state. Stuff to be found..... but now you have to pay $$$$$$! Sad state of affairs! So many more pieces I wanted to get, and still do. I really need a few Mausers. A luger. A better Enfield..... a 1903! A bunch of stuff!

I think your enfield is leagues above my enfields lol

It's a cool one because it's a Savage and US made so that is interesting for sure but the barrel is shot out and it isn't a shooter. I really want a nice one I can shoot more.

Surplus market is absolutely thriving in parts kit land. Damn near everything is for sale. AUGs, G3, Thompsons, 1919s, every communist bloc aub gun you could think of.

These are nice rifles to have - I usually put boiled linseed oil on mine to keep the stocks nice - great collection!!!

I would kill for something like this

Just collected over the years. Prior to 5-6 years ago prices werent even that bad and the selection was still good. It's rough now man. Very unfortunate.

Atleast it is still avalable in the states. Southeast europe is rough. You either get a pistol or a bolt action which all take a bunch of paperwork to aqquire. Miss the days when i mightve tried old wartime AKs and other fun stuff when i was younger.
