Condo recommendations

Hey y’all, I just moved to Dallas for work in Richardson and I’m in temp housing right now. Trying to find a 1 bedroom rental (budget up to $2k) and kinda struggling to find the right vibe.
What I’m hoping for: • Condo or townhome style (with outside/private entry) • Updated interiors, well maintained common spaces • Green space or water to walk around • Close to a grocery store • Not too far from Dallas so I can still get into the city pretty easily
Areas I’m looking at: Richardson, CityLine, Addison, Dallas
I’m 37M, single, just want a nice spot that feels a bit more private than the big apartment complexes with long hallways/elevators. If anyone knows good communities or hidden gems that fit, I’d really appreciate the suggestions.

Have you checked out the village? Not condo but private entry and everything else

I checked the village, it mostly fits my preference. However, I find the units older/outdated for the asking price and I also felt like the community is student dominant. I am still considering it though.

Try the Rently app. I’m a realtor and it’s what I recommend to people for private rental listings. Zillow will also have some too.

I’d recommend working with a realtor to get access to condos for rent. They can share a list of condos that are on the market and facilitate tours. There are a bunch of decent condos around 75 and Royal, and in the Lake Highlands area that you may like.
Keep in mind that apartment locators don’t have access to most condos, and the closest thing they have access to is garden-style apartments, which may or may not be what you’re looking for.
If you’d like help with your condo search, feel free to reach out! I’m a realtor and an apartment locator and can help with properties of all types. Send me a DM and we can chat more.

Within the system I use as an Apartment Locator, I am able to search for townhouse, duplex, and similar style rentals that are not like the traditional large apartment complexes. I'll send you a DM to connect and assist further!
