Christiana Hospital in Delaware Nearly Had a Mass Shooting — and Leadership Still Hasn’t Fixed Security

A banned visitor with a history of arrests, assault charges, and guns has now snuck into Christiana Hospital twice — once in a trench coat, most recently by impersonating a nurse — after openly posting threats online. State police had to surround the building, but with no weapons screening at entrances, anyone could walk in armed. Leadership only “sped up” installing metal detectors after this near disaster. We were one bad mood away from a mass casualty event, and staff and patients are still unprotected.

You posted this on 13 subreddits in under 20 minutes. Your account is 2 hours old and you want us to go to a for profit site that asks for donations. Get the fuck out of here. Where was the near mass shooting? Lies to get money is all it is.

Fuck off with your anti-gun bullshit. No metal detector is going to stop some unhinged asshole. Armed security and concealed carriers would, and eventually the police when they feel like it.
There were tons of violence and “mass shootings” during biden’s term but because he knew he would lose the presidency if he pushed too hard (ironically he lost it regardless), hence it was under-reported.
This is a gun sub-reddit, we are pro gun, you will not change our minds or our position. Do I want this chaos to stop? yes I do. are we going to achieve it with this kind of rhetoric or political grandstanding? no we will not.
It will only stop when (1) people are held accountable for their actions, full stop.
(2) People realize life is dangerous, and thus are responsible for their own safety.
(3) We encourage people to stand up for themselves and their rights, instead of outsourcing everything to the government and corporations.
Thanks for attending my TED talk mr. anti-gun puppet.
