HELP!! My PC isn't powering on at all

Last night I finished building my mini itx gaming pc. After I finished plugging everything together, I went to turn it onnnn, and I got nothing. I've been messing with it for hours. I've watched every video I could find on YouTube, but still nothing. The pcu is on, all the cables are plugged in. I jumped the power button. I got a new pcu. I even rebuilt it from the beginning multiple times. Checked every outlet in my house. Still nothing. I just ordered a new motherboard but I don't want to just keep throwing money at a potential stupid problem.
The only light I get is the green and orange light on the ROG FPS Card. It changes color based on what position the switch is in.
I also did the PCU check where you jump the 4th and 5th pin on the 24 connector. The fan turned on for a split second then nothing.
Im super lost, I've built a PC before and didnt have any issues. My friends didn't have any ideas. Ive been thinking maybe the mobo is bricked or potentially the CPU. Please lmk if y'all have any ideas!!
Specs Mobo: ROG X870-I CPU: Ryzen 5 9600x RAM: Crucial DDR5 6400 2x16GB GPU: 5070 PCU: Cooler Master V750 SFX CASE: Cooler Master NR200P V3

Flip the switch on the PSU.

take out the graphics card and clear cmos
try again with mobo on a wooden table. jump start with screw driver tip to power switch pins on front panel section of mobo.
Don't worry about the green error led, that means you don't have OS installed, obviously. But the orange light is more concerning. Is it possible you got faster ram (6400) and is too fast for the mobo?
Find a way to update mobo bios.

I think we are getting somewhere, I pressed the "clear cmos" button and a solid green light popped up on the back plate. I'm getting a USB drive rn and I'm going to try updating the bios!!
