What concessions or diplomatic games are they referring to that is Europe making here? They have no dog in the game, and suffering no losses except those they have incurred from their own actions. Since 2021, Poland has been experiencing a migration crisis on its eastern border engineered by Belarus, which has encouraged and assisted tens of thousands of migrants – mainly from the Middle East, Africa and Asia – to try to illegally enter the European Union.

Literally millions of migrants are illegally entering the European Union and the UK, and are being welcomed with open arms and have all of their needs met; from housing to money for personal expenses, internet and healthcare at each of their taxpayer's expense.

None of them are being deported, and the self imposed migration crisis has grown to such a scale that France, Germany and UK see the resurgence of far right back into majority popularity campaigning on exactly that issue.

And here they are complaining about supposedly "maliciously engineered" migration worth mere tens of thousands?

“We have to keep this sense of urgency because we know that Putin has not changed and will not change. He is a predator…He can only be kept in check through strong deterrence,” she warned.

You have to keep this sense of urgency because you have no other way to distract your population from the consequences of your self destructive economic measures, adopted and perpetuated voluntarily and consciously, since the beginning of the conflict.

There is nothing like having a boogieman and a scapegoat to blame all of your failures on, and scare the population into submission just to prevent them from asking uncomfortable questions about their declining state of living.

What concessions has EU offered Russia? What games have Russia been playing in return? Their requests and conditions for ending the conflict have been remarkably consistent since the very beginning, simply getting incrementally worse with new conditions added each time around.
