Question regarding Flight Insight CFI course

I bought the CFI ground course through flight insight because he’s the best, and I plan on knocking my FIA/FOI soon with Sheppard air and was going to start the ground course when I finish. Who has used his CFI course and what’s the opinion?

It’s great for learning FOI stuff. Overall worth the money. For the FOI portion of your oral the book you need to read front to back is the aviation instructors handbook. I was surprised to find that this handbook is only about FOI stuff. It does follow area of operation 1 of the CFI ACS pretty closely.
To get material the for area of operation 2 and onward you will have to prepare lesson plans, and material. I bought lesson plans from Flightcog. I used this as a foundation for my lessons, then added some more material and images as I saw fit.

And you’d be surprised how much of the FOI’s get used as you work with students!

If you would like a copy of my FOI cheat sheet guide and my how to guide on putting your cfi binder I would be happy to provide that. Just send me your contact info with email in a dm.
