I uploaded this presentation today:

I think it will answer a lot of questions that people frequently ask about nuclear blast scenarios and fallout.

I remember you, you were talking about the same topic in another post some time ago and you explained how the fallout material looks like.

Sounds like me
AdventurousRun7636@reddit
If we are dealing with a large scale nuclear event, we are all fucked.
BetterGeiger@reddit (OP)
Not really. Many people, yes, but most people will survive such an exchange, so I suggest plan accordingly.
AdventurousRun7636@reddit
When was the last one you lived through? Or when has humanity survived a global nuclear holocaust?
BetterGeiger@reddit (OP)
I don't have to live through it to have some understanding of the relevant science.

Thanks.

My pleasure!
Femveratu@reddit
Awesome thx for the post! I’ll def be looking into the device you mention

I love near a major US airbase….I’m just going to open my best bottle of booze and watch the shockwave come in, cause they don’t make a school desk strong enough to get under for my locale 😂😂
BetterGeiger@reddit (OP)
Okay that's funny about the school desk. But still, you never know how things will play out. Maybe your spot gets lucky.
TexFarmer@reddit
Well done, liked & subed
BetterGeiger@reddit (OP)
Thanks!

Nice job.

Thank you!

What's the group you're a part of? I'd like to be in something similar my area
BetterGeiger@reddit (OP)
Sorry I keep those two hats completely separate and I keep the other one away from the public eye. I recommend you do some Google searches about possibilities near you and/or ask emergency response groups in your area at the municipal or state level to see who is responsible for what and if there are any vol opportunities.

Nice work - a valuable video to consider.

Thank you!

Sweet radiation cloud take me now
BetterGeiger@reddit (OP)
This addressed in the video 😅... By that I mean an exchange of nukes is survived by most people initially, so plan accordingly.
