My brother has a CS/IT degree but has been on benefits for 2 years, what can he do next?

Hi all, I’m based near Manchester. My parents both worked hard and have good careers, but my brother is really struggling. He has a degree in Computer Science/IT (And Masters) but hasn’t been able to get a job in his field since graduating 3 years ago. He's 30 years old. He’s been rejected from roles (especially coding ones), often because of coding assessments, lack of experience, ghosting, or hiring freezes. Honestly, I don’t think coding is his strength anyway, he doesn’t practice and doesn’t seem motivated to. For the last two years he’s been on benefits. He only worked a short temp job, but otherwise he stays at home with my parents. He doesn’t contribute financially, doesn’t socialise much, spends hours on social media comparing himself to others, and his health isn’t great (he’s obese and doesn’t work out). He’s also been surrounded by ignorant and toxic people for most of his life, which hasn’t helped him. He also refuses to take “odd jobs” because he feels he’s too good for them. I even suggested taxi driving, but he dismissed it. My parents are close to retirement, and I’m worried he’s wasting his 30s stuck like this. Is there any way I can help him? If coding isn’t for him, what other jobs or career paths could he try to get started with? I think he's well overqualified for most minimum job (if he includes his degree on his cv).
