No, it “lifts your finger” when it forces your finger back. So you just keep pulling and it keeps resetting and shooting, like auto speed but technically individual trigger pulls.

Your local library probably offers 3d printing. You send the STL, and they print for you. Just have to tell them (if the form asks for it) that it's a part for something else.

I now have my own "print shop", and they even do QC and make sure the print works. And it's free in my county.

Might be able to get it laser cut depending on the thickness… check the dimensions and send it to an online laser cut service, I’d mix it in with a few other random little things just to be safe. Should be about 10 dollars shipped.

PA6CF15 is generally the recommended for 2A prints in nylon, some other good ones, but I'd recommend that or PA6GF if the designers/users didn't recommend anything else

No, the FRT and Super Safety aren't federally classified as machine guns. They don't meet the legal definition. Each time you fire you have to press the trigger. They're no more regulated than any other aftermarket trigger/safety.

I know frt's aren't ruled as machine guns, i believe that with the rare breed case, handgun frt's are still federally banned even though they aren't machine guns. Im not interested in being involved with a supreme court case on the matter

Respectfully, I think you are perhaps confusing a legal precedent with an agreement the DOJ made with Rare Breed to not produce FRTs for firearms that are loaded with a magazine in the grip.

I would interpret this as "you are the only person allowed to make frt's, you are NOT allowed to make them for handguns, you will enforce patents to shut down anyone else trying to produce them"

To me it feels like putting an 89° foregrip on a pistol and arguing that it's not illegal because its not 90° vertical, like I said I wouldn't want to have to plead my case in court that the ATF didn't define their terms properly.

I can't keep track of the rules either. I bought a binary trigger because it was obvious to me that the function of it was different than the FRTs and therefore it was kosher. These super safeties and FRTs are confusing to me still because I am not seeing much difference in the operators' manipulation of the control system.
