See, I can almost get it. A sandwich with some fresh tomato slices and mayo with salt and pepper is amazing, but it works because the tomato has a savory quality that pairs well with everything else. Pineapple doesn't seem like it would work for that. Is it supposed to be a sweet, tangy, and creamy kind of combination?
