during my recent flights I have been experiencing airsickness during my flight, what is the best way to avoid getting airsick?

Looking outside, clean meals, good airflow and breathing. Also keep reminding yourself how your body is oriented relative the the horizon

I’ve had students use ginger pills before. It’s not a magic cure, but definitely seems like it helped.
Open up and blast those vents!

Make sure you’re hydrated well, and have a little something in your stomach before you fly. An empty stomach isn’t good for flying, but neither is a full one. Think crackers, a banana, granola bar, etc. for their size, and for their taste coming back up if you get airsick.
Keep your eyes outside, keep airflow over your face/upper body, and don’t make a bunch of rapid head movements.

Don't fly.
Sorry, couldn't resist. To add to GoobScoob: Fly more frequently. Exposure therapy works. Also eyes not just outside, but on the horizon in front of you as much as you can without destroying your scan. Lastly (though I like the Taco Bell comment), eat something easy to digest like a piece of fruit before flying. Empty stomach is no bueno.

1.) eyes outside. Not head down looking at iPad.
2.) try not to fly it the hottest bumpiest parts of the day
3.) avoid taco bell
