Does flying school matter?

If I complete my training from an expensive and reputed flying school such as - Emirates Flight Training Academy, L3, CAE will that have an impact on my hiring?
I haven't started my training yet, but the training is quite a huge investment for me, so I just want to be sure.
I am from a third world country, my passport isn't that powerful. Will it also have an impact on my career?
(if you need visa of the country you are flying to)

L3 Harris was such a notoriously bad flight school they had to rebrand themselves. I would suggest a smaller part 61 flight school if you don’t need to finance. Do some research, meet the CFI’s, ask them what their student loads are and about their teaching style
Flight school is a very one on one relationship. Spending more money at an expensive flight school doesn’t tend to get you any better education than just finding a dedicated part 61 CFI

For the USA members of our sub, where you train has zero bearing on ability to get hired a the small, medium, or big employers.
Those that train at small time operations and independent instructors have other same opportunities as those that went to large operations like Embry Riddle.
So save your money and stick with the small places.

It all depends on the country and the airline(s) where you want and can work after getting your licence, which should also be the primary factor when choosing the flight school.

I am aiming for gulf countries, what about my chances there?
even if I do not get hired at first
wont I be able to apply to other airlines? out of gulf countries, some regional ones to build experience at first?

If you’re have the right to work in the U.S. you’d have to be an idiot to go work for the gulf countries.
