Air Guitar at the Gym?

I was at the gym this morning and watched a guy my age aboutish playing air guitar between sets like he was at a Van Halen audition. It always looks dumb, but at our age, I think I just found one of those things that age does not improve.

Dude, loosen up! Life is hard enough without always looking for reasons to be offended by harmless expressions of joy. He was in the zone. Don't hate, appreciate! I happily watched a middle aged woman break into a full Flashdance routine on the treadmill, including running backwards. It made me smile and motivated me to enjoy my workout more.
