Of course, the Trump admin is cutting off Ukraine, presumably in an attempt to end the war. If we keep helping you fight the war, you're going to want to keep fighting the war. Whether a ceasefire/treaty now is bad for Ukraine, I don't know. It's certainly good for Russia to achieve their goals, something Biden wouldn't have abided, as he thought of Russia as an enemy.
