Anyone know how to access the discord via patreon?

Hello, I just became a patreon supporter but I can’t find out how to join the discord. My subscription is $20/mo, so I should have it. The link I got from my email sends me to patreon.com and this is what I see when I click on discord servers.

You can connect your Discord and Patreon. I think it's in the settings and is the common way to do this.
