The error here is that the sample is attractive young women (the only ones op cares about) older women who stop being hot have to live in the world often. not always, but often. And many of them can be skilled and practical. The problem is basically being young and stupid gets conflated with being female because young females are so sought after not just by the thirsty but by the people who wish to employ them to exploit the thirsty. Which adds a third confounding layer: Crapitalism.

They've probably had bad experiences or watch videos about "modern women". While there are bad experiences and there are a subset of women that are effectively leeches on society, this doesn't apply to anywhere near the majority of women. OP sees the videos and applies it to everything. His mind filters for that and that alone.
Kinda like if you get a new car and then you start seeing that car everywhere? You're not actually seeing it any more than you did before. You're just aware of it now because it's a focus. Same thing with OP. He's not seeing normal women any less than usual. They're just completely invisible because they're not what his mind is paying attention to. These are asocial people having pretty much zero connection with the real world. I work in a warehouse, around 50% of employees are women, and yes they don't work with heavy stuff for obvious reasons, but they do have to piss blood whole shift like rest of us. There is no fucking around. Every job I worked there were women working, from office jobs to shitty jobs I do now, and I mean working. Where there women sucking bosses' cocks whom got some made up positions? Yes. But I also saw that being done for bosses' friends. These people have no contact with outer world if this is their belief.

It's pretty clever really. Activists pressure companies to hire women. Activists tell women to go out and "fulfill themselves" or some bullshit. So to deal with this problem companies just hire some token women, set them aside somewhere where they won't cause any damage, and then they can point to them and say, "yeah, we hire women--look Janice here is an Executive Analytics Synergy Agent (or some other made up word)."

1) Only hire women
2) Do not hire men
3) Waste company resources / funds to fulfil your goals
4) New hires do not do any work

6) Get male colleagues fired for "sexual harassment" (never seem to get a real account of what "happened" just "I was sexually harassed by this horrible man so I got him fired and have no remorse!!!")
7) Sue the company
8) Overall massive waste of company resources - worst when its an ESOP company and these bitches just steal money from their hardworking colleagues.
I have personally seen this play out several times. That experience and the subreddit banter has convinced me:

Honestly, it's smart in a Machiavellian way of thinking—they're just exploiting a system that allows them to do nothing and get paid way more than people who actually work for living. There's something morbidly fascinating about OP's mindset and comparing my own normal touch grass experiences. The women in OP's post are alien to me because having actually worked in the tech industry, there are brilliant women I've worked with who really care about what they do and do an incredible amount of work each day. If they actually did "two emails and a coffee", they'd absolutely wash out like every other man who tried the same thing. At risk of coming off condescending: they understand complex systems, program economically reasonable solutions, and communicate in-depth issues without breaking a sweat. I also have worked with plenty of women in leadership roles who at worst are simply "keeping the lights on" because they have far more critical priorities.
I am also very grateful to have worked with empathetic men who are just as good at what they do, and none of these workplace drama issues exist so prominently as being described here. The internet is filled with spiteful men and women, don't let these fringe examples shape your entire worldview bros

I don't think I agree with this fully. Sure, women love to call for representation in the fun or heroic jobs like programming or being a police officer, but I feel like that's missing the gaps that women fill. As much as you're never going to hear a woman complaining about how little girls need to be inspired to pursue waste management or HVAC, you're not hearing any men complain that little boys need to be inspired to pursue childcare or nursing.
Will say, kinda BS that we're bending over backwards to provide women with all these benefits and accelerated career paths when they become mothers but we don't do anything for when men become fathers.

Easy answer quota. Some jobs like HR positions are women dominated field and by the love of god it got very ugly in current times. Because of quota companies remembered they should teach their workers, all that teaching capacity is spend on those girls, so they won't be as unqualified as they are now.
But on the other hand those positions aren't permanent, same for some other positions, all of them have high turn rate. In company I worked before we have swapped 1 team of developers (4 people), around 6 HRs and around 8 people for QA or 3 whole teams of QA. Those girls that managed to score 6 figure jobs on those fields are extremely lucky as currently it is infinite money glitch, easy half automated job with decent pay. It wont be for long tho, those positions would be axed when corpo find opportunity to do so.

Not a fair analysis of women's role in the workplace. Of course they do less trades cause they are physically weaker then men. It's harder for them. Also, women make up a majority of nurses (and eventually doctors at this rate), which is extremely practical.
