Looking for Fat Tire under $1500

I am looking to buy my first Ebike and am finding really lost in the way. Does these fat tires actually work in snow terrain? Is the speed limit blocking easy to overcome? What is the best fat tire bike bellow 15 hundred? The options that seemed better to me was the Hiboy P6, Heybike Mars 2.0 and isinwheel M10 Plus. The most important thing to me is long range. I am expecting these bikes can go at least 20 miles at max speed in throttle mode, is that realistic? Really appreciate if someone can help me

The same people commenting always recommend these low end brands. MTV advice. Do your research before buying anything.

Yeah, I used to live in Colorado and would use a fatbike in the snow. It was much easier to ride than a standard bike. Just keep a lower tire pressure and you might want to look at getting different tires. Surly makes some good ones.
In terms of bikes, I've been riding the Puckipuppy Beagle 2 and for around $1,200 it's a great deal. It tops out at 20mph in throttle mode, but there is a way to change that in the settings, although I've never tried it. It's easy to get above 30mph when pedaling.
I'm not sure if it will go 20 miles at full speed in throttle mode, but you can always get a second battery just in case (they had a sale for $99 recently) . Puckipuppy also makes a dual-battery bike that most likely will do 20 miles in pure throttle mode.

I'd suggest the HX Q3 2000W Adult Electric Bicycle. I checked, and if you buy it on Aliexpress and use a coupon, you can save $120. I'll share some US coupons with you, hoping they'll be helpful.

This seems nice. Does it go well in the snow? What about long range in throttle mode?

I own a wallke h7 single motor that has a 40 ah battery so far at 700 miles its been a great bike. Wallke also sells my model in a dual motor setup with a 60 ah battery you'll get insane range with that plus dual motors which is what you want if your riding in snow. Its on sale for 1549 so cutting it close. But if you want it under 1500 they also have the wallke x3 pro which is there 26 inch wheel step over variant with dual motors I've seen a video of somebody riding it through snow that ones 1499. Essentially you want an ebike with dual motors.
