Rejects the M203, embraces the GP-25

It's cool, but really old made rounds can be unsafe when loading them from what I've heard in Ukraine

Yeah apparently the way to do it is to only put fingers you're willing to lose in front of the muzzle while loading.

In addition to being dangerous, I understand that 40mm VOG grenades leave a lot of residue, shortening the life of the GP-25 to about 400 shots.

Actually Vietnam doesn't adopt gp25/gp30 grenade launcher because of large amounts of American 40 mm grenade ammunition and their grenade launcher after the war.

I would like to know more about the M203 tube, is that a native-made grip? Like Bakelite? Or Wood? Idk, looks cool. Or maybe it's a replacement tube to a captured reciever?

Geez, how many did we leave there?

Huh. First pic kinda reminds me of Rambo III.

A classic piece of cinema.
"how are you?"
"well done!"

Pic 1. “There’s no hand grip for the grenade launcher?” “That’s ok, i took the pistol grip off the rifle so it matches. No one will notice.”
