Disclaimer: The purpose of this post is purely informative and documentary, aiming to show the variety and types of weapons circulating in this illicit market.
At no time is my intention to promote, facilitate, or participate in the sale of unregistered weapons. Prison terms in Iraq for possessing unregistered weapons can be 1 to 3 years.

Probably says "Colt Glock Coca-Cola Pepsi Cowboy Dog".
tetronom@reddit
how does a mf gold plated ak cost less than a lame ass glock
That_Somewhere_4593@reddit
AKs are everywhere, and modern pistols are not. Pistols are also status symbols. Like a Casio vs. a Rolex

Where do the Beretta SMGs come from? What nation used them in the area? It is not the first time I see one appear
Vodnik-Dubs@reddit
The markings on that M4 are wild lmao
OtisDriftwood1978@reddit
The prices seem random.
atomiccheesegod@reddit
My thoughts, they also value pistols allot more, I would assume as status symbols
wynnduffyisking@reddit
I Think in a country with so much conflict and war it would make sense that pistols are more scarce than rifles. After all, most conflicts are fought with rifles and not pistols.
Whitey789@reddit
Pistols are used under dictatorial regimes by officers. Those officers can execute or arrest you and have the authority to do so. Grunts using service rifles or machine guns cannot.
You can find stories from US soldiers in Iraq, particularly convoys, gaining compliance in civilian drivers by just pointing handguns- but not getting any response with a rifle or MG.
wynnduffyisking@reddit
Sure, but my point is there are a lot more grunts than officers and therefore also a lot more rifles than pistols.

A vz. 58 for only $150.
What a guy wouldn't do for such a bargain.

Thanks

Why are pistols at such a premium, whereas rifles and SMGs are so low? Legal stuff or supply and demand?
wynnduffyisking@reddit
I’m guessing rifles are more common because they are used more in the fighting that has taken place in the past decades. So it makes sense that more of those spill over into the black market.
Epyphyte@reddit
right, makes sense.
wynnduffyisking@reddit
That Mauser looks pretty sweet
funkmasterowl2000@reddit
Hurts my soul knowing I could never get a working Sterling or Beretta that cheap (or indeed at all given I live in the UK)
