2011 Ford Fiesta SE, Anyone that can tell me what this sensor is?

Its Hanging in front of the Motor but can only be seen from Underneath, its Off Center to the Drivers Side but no CEL or Warning Lights are popping up

I have a 2011 Ford fiesta it will drive as soon as it gets hot it will shut off and then it is hard to start again any idea
