My little retro corner.

I thought I'd share my little retro corner I just completed.
The case is just like one I bought in the early 90's. The BBS I'm connected to is 20forbeers.com (using a WiModem232) using the very same Telemate software I used, found on an old floppy disk from back in the day as well!
Internally, it's a K6-2 500 (on Socket 7), 256MB, 32GB SSD, 2GB SD Card (removable at the back), Matrox G450 PCI, and for sound a MK1869 and a PicoGus with a McCake MT32.

Love the case as I had that exact same one when I built my first PC (an AMD 386DX/40) way back in 1994.

Mine was a 486SX/25, and I remember debating between it and the 386DX/40. My university student budget was just enough for the 486.

BBS simulator?

Very nice, but it needs a CRT for the full effect if at all possible...
