Is this AMD R5 7600X3D bundle of Microcenter worth the 20 dolar upgrade? + G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB DDR5-6000

No and no. I say this as someone who did both the Asus MOBO upgrade and that corsair ram upgrade at microcenter as well for a 7800x3d.
