i bought a 4060. when i got home i put it into my computer and the vga light is solid white on the motherboard and the computer won’t boot. my friend came over, we put the 4060 into her build and it worked fine. i also have a 6650xt and it works perfectly fine on my computer. does anyone know what the problem could be? i’m just a girl please help me
