Will I need to get a new PSU for a Dell Optiplex 7070?

I am sorry if questions like these are asked pretty often, but I really want to be on the safe side with something like this. I am planning to buy a Dell Optiplex 7070 MT. I chose this since it comes with an Intel Core i7-9700, which is still a relatively new generation in my opinion. I want to throw in a GTX 1650 and turn it into a gaming pc, but I just want to know if I should replace the PSU. I know some cards don't need external power, and some do. Since I don't know for sure if I will end up with a card that needs external power, I just want to be prepared, mostly since some ebay sellers don't give good angles of where the connector could be found. I am on a budget, since this is my first build and will need to buy monitors as well. If I do need to get a new PSU, could you possibly provide some suggestions on some trustworthy budget models? Thank you in advance!

Dell desktops like the one you're looking at don't use standard power supplies.

Which is why I was asking if I should get a new one. I am aware that a standard ATX won't fit.

You can't buy a different Dell power supply.

Yes you can, I have multiple online. Plus, I was planning to go for an sfx psu anyway. I am just asking if I will need to replace it for the graphics card I am getting.

An SFX PSU won't have the right plugs to connect to the proprietary Dell motherboard.

Adapters exist, and there have been plenty of people that have already achieved this

are you getting a used or refurb one? if you get on eBay ask the seller https://ebay.us/oCiE5l

I was looking more at the used ones, since I previously mentioned how I am on a budget. I am just going to wait until I find one that is around $100 or under.
