Did I get a fair deal on my 2012 Honda Civic EX? Feeling nervous after purchase(?

I just bought a 2012 Honda Civic EX Sedan 4D for $7,300 in [your city/state]. • Mileage: 160,000 • Transmission: Automatic • Title: Clean • Condition: Seller says “perfect,” smog ready, no accidents according to them • Fuel economy: 28 city / 39 highway MPG • Safety rating 5/5 NHTSA
This was all my savings, and now I’m anxious wondering if I made the right choice. I need a reliable daily driver for the next few years without major repair bills.
My questions: 1. Was the price fair for this car in today’s market? 2. What maintenance should I plan for soon with a Civic at 160k miles? 3. What should I check right away to confirm it’s in good shape? 4. If it turns out I overpaid, is there anything I can realistically do now?
Any honest but constructive advice would really help — I’m feeling stressed and want to make sure I take the right next steps.

After seeing these comments I feel really good! Picking up a 2012 Civic EX for my 17 yo son who's heading to college. Has 136k miles on it (CA car) only $6,100?! Clean Carfax, zero rust, some very minor exterior blemishes. Well maintained - front axle replaced and new rotors/pads, engine mounts and serpentine belt.

You bought probably the most reliable dialy commuter you could have. I have a '12 with 250k miles, no major maintnance at all, still runs perfect. Plenty of the 12-15s are making it to 500k miles. I would be proud and relieved with your purchase, and price seems fair, especially for the value.

That is a fair price.
Only recourse would be if it can't pass smog or was in a serious accident because they committed fraud (assuming you have proof that they made those claims).
Always a good idea to get a prepurchase inspection, especially on older cars, so you know what you are getting into. Good idea to get it checked out now to see if it needs anything.
You can look up the maintenance schedule on the Honda owners website.
