The kiddo Depot website legit?

Im in the market for an ebike replacement for my kids mx650 that he is outgrowing "7 years old". Saw this website and is selling a 48v mototec for less than 700 shipped. Figure this makes more sense rather than upgrading the mx650 and selling it to recoupe som funds for the new one and upgrade the mototec as he grows into it...website does take major cards and also PayPal so there's some protection there just in case it doesn't show up 😂

I ordered a couple weeks ago and never got any replies to my emails. Filing a chargeback. Looks to be fraud.

I've already flagged it and klarna who I used for payment opened up a claim on my behalf so the rest of the installments won't be charged and the first payment I made is also being refunded. Funny thing is I just received a confirmation message that the order has been processed and is getting ready for shipment 😂 but no tracking number yet so will see.

It's not the bike I'm worried about, it's the website that's selling them for $700 shipped TYD vs others like electro and co which is $1000+ 🤔

Yes, but don't do it...it looks like the company is no longer operational or isn't in business any longer but their website and ordering form are still up and running and will process any orders. Haven't heard back from them since I sent a follow up message yesterday

As best I can tell, that website is legit. If you're still unsure, they list a phone number prominently on the website, so you can just call them and see what they say.
The top speed is also listed on the website - " Top Speed: 5 - 25 MPH (adjustable with variable knob)"

I don't know, judging by the YouTube video I saw stock 48v goes up to 24mph based on rider? And also up to 50mph but after being upgraded to 72v kit 🤔
