Peppermint oil is supposed to be good for keeping spiders out or just an aerosol can and a lighter does the trick for me

None. Please, *please* don't kill spiders. 1. There's no way to stop spiders getting into your home. 2. Spiders don't cause any problems. Just ignore them. 3. Spiders eat a huge variety of insects, including flies, mosquitoes, aphids and other pests

I hate that no one helped you here, I have an extreme phobia of them, normally I have someone else put them outside but when I’m staying alone this is my only option - sorry!! Did you ever find anything?

Fair enough, I’m not scared of them. I see small ones every now and then, butt fuck me, this one was huge and was hiding in my joggers as I picked up from the chair.
