We have a ticketing system for user issues, but hav received a request for something to be setup for "urgent" requests. How do you deal with this at your org? Phone call?

So most things will be lodged as a ticket, but there are sometimes urgent issues that need help desk assistance right away. Is there something that be setup (maybe in Microsoft Teams?) to allow users to raise an urgent request?
