Hiddens gems and the gay scene in Budapest

So I'm visiting Budapest for a second time since I fell in love with the city. I had such an amazing experience there and met such nice people there. So can you recommend any hidden gems that I probably missed seeing/experiencing last time?
A bonus if you can also recommend any good drag shows/vogue balls in Budapest! Thank you!
