Secure print on a Konica Minolta BizHub

Has anyone successfully enabled Secure Print on a networked BizHub C300i? This is connected to a Windows 2019 print server, and regular network printing and scanning to email are working as expected. However, every time we try to use Secure Print, the job automatically fails with Deleted due to error. We've updated to the newest C300i Universal PCL drivers, per our print company support tech, but no combination of settings will allow this to work. I'm waiting on the print tech to come back out, but figured I'd check here too.

I use secure print often using a C360i with no problem, at what point does it err? After you secure print, does your document appear in the system user box?

It doesn't even get that far. I send the Secure Print and then look at the job log and the error is already there.

After you choose "secure print" from the "basic tab > output method", you need to set the document "document ID" and "password" in "user settings" right under the "output method", you're doing that?

That is correct. I've changed all kinds of settings to test this. Some I enter the way you are talking about. Other settings, it prompts for a password when you print the document. No matter the setting, it never makes it to the system user box. The tech was out a couple of days ago talking to Konica, and they thought it was because we were using an older driver, but even with the newest driver, it does the same thing.

You might try "adding" that printer again, but connecting direct using the IP address rather than the print server. The drivers are already on the computers.

Unfortunately, that didn't work either. I've spent too much time on this already, so I've got to get the tech back out to call KM and get it worked out. I appreciate the help, and it's good to know that it's possible to get working on a C360i. Now to find the right settings to get it going here.
