There's one in Linford Wood Rebooted tech, always used them in the past have been good

Used to be a chap near Lloyds Bank who could do such things but he's long gone, I'm not aware of any others (happy to be corrected) You may have some luck with something like men in sheds who may have experience with such things and the tools but it's probably frowned upon to just rock up for repairs and never engage again.
