How much are new double glazing UPVC windows going for these days?

I know, I know, it is an utterly boring topic.
But has anyone here got recently new windows fitted and lives in the South (not London), what prices did you get quoted if you don't mind me asking?
Additionally, was the "european" tilt and turn window an option offered at all, did you consider and eventually went for it? Do you like it?
Was it much more expensive than a standard casement?
We got quoted around 10 grand for standard casement UPVC windows, two that are probably 100x60 in size; two skinny ones (probably 50x120) and a bay window comprising three different windows, probably two 50x120 and the central one 70x120.
Apparently you save 300 to 500 quid a year on gas (debatable, we already have a double glazing) so it seems like it anyway will take some time to pay itself off.

Thanks!
