For me, it's my fingers. Need to pee? Fingers caught in a vice. I can feel the non-existent vice retracting - it's so weird. Whatever is causing it clearly relaxes as I empty my bladder.

Similar, a lot of teeth clenching and feelings in the teeth. Also pain maybe in the kidney area. Remember being in agony on a packed train waiting to get into a station after several pints. Thankfully did not pee myself. That pee at the station was the best pee ever.

My knees hurt at height, or rather, when I see/imagine height. I'm fine in an actual plane or building, but if I see footage of a drop, skydiving, or a huge bridge: knee pain. I once dreamt about a cave I've actually been in - without issues - but because I dreamed of [this aerial view](https://youtu.be/1QrD8pRd6qs), woke up abruptly with insanely painful knees!

haha, its probably related to the reaction where your testicles automatically withdraw in a dangerous situations, or like getting goosebumps ( which would make our hair stand up to look bigger when we were some kind of small mammal thing ). So its probably not unusual , though I haven't had it myself. Glad you enjoy it though :)
