It says "worlds wildest push truck" on it. It does have what looks like could be a substantial enough front bumper. Push trucks are used at some race tracks for cars that don't have a starter motor. It's also pretty common at Speed Week at the Bonneville salt flats, especially for older belly tanker style cars that would be a throwback to the 50s and 60s.
Absolutely, and there aren’t a lot of Terraplanes around so I’m extra sad about that, gorgeous cars. They were so popular new that Hudson was #3 in volume before WW2 started behind Ford and GM
