I think it depends on what is objectively verifiable as opposed to conjecture. If there is solid, independent and verifiable non-partisan proof…. Then Obama needs to be held accountable. But, if there is nothing but innuendo and unnamed sources, then yes. This will be viewed and nothing more than a desperate misdirection intended to take the focus off Epstein and will definitely backfire.

Given what we do know about the Russia collusion hoax, the claims Tulsi is making are at least plausible. But extreme caution must be taken. We are talking about a popular barrier breaking ex-president. The proof would have to be overwhelming and irrefutable. Otherwise, they better just let this quietly die.

Nah… this is just a now-classic tactic to distract from other things (“there are no Epstein files!”) and to preemptively accuse ‘the other side’ of a thing in order to insulate from that accusation being used back against them. I mean… I guess this stuff was effective in like 2017, 2018… but after years of it I think people see through it pretty clearly.

This is all old news,..but if Obama’s team made up accusations against Trump that resulted in investigations and more against Trump, it is a legal matter of some type.

Could just be suing those who made up the lies, could be minor crimes or smaller felonies, or even big felonies. I’m not a lawyer or a legal expert.

It’s up to the Department of Justice to decide if it was a crime or not and to take correct only actions.

I supported and donated to Tulsi in 2020 but she really showed her true colors when she decided to further her career by becoming a shill for the Republican Party after the Dems kicked her out. Now shes providing cover for Trump, like a good little tool. Trump first, America second is her M.O. now, along with most all Trumplican politicians. I’ve been saying this for years in this sub. Now it’s too obvious to dismiss.
